In regenerating areas around KooyongKoot, our policy is to use locally indigenous plants where possible.
Two indigenous plant nurseries, both members of the KKA and located in the KooyongKoot catchment area, are:
Both nurseries are volunteer-run and can provide advice in addition to their vast ranges of well-priced stock.
Councils have their own nurseries and can sometimes provide stock for regeneration projects on Council land.
