Markham Forest

Markham Forest is focused on the areas south of the affordable housing development at Markham Avenue Reserve in Ashburton. It includes the area planted under a Queen’s Platinum Jubilee federal grant.

It is a Boroondara Council reserve and the Council contact is: James Auger <e-mail address>?.

Location

The revegetation areas are highlighted on the map above. The Markham Avenue Reserve lies south of Markham Avenue and Victory Boulevard between Warrigal Road and Ashburn Grove. <Would be better to show a bit more context in the map – Warrigal Road, Ashburton station etc>.

Friends of Markham Forest

The Friends of Markham Forest is the relevant friends’ group.  The group welcomes new members – please contact one of the convenors below.

  • Prep days: Feb 2, Apr 6, Jun 1.
